1. Sample Aptitude Test Paper with Practice Session – Mock Aptitude Test

Most organizations, conduct the first round as an aptitude round, and they do value selecting candidates from here who get a high score. Aptitude is a very important aspect of a person’s life as it judges our analytical and problem-solving skills. It indicates unique abilities as a human being – and how well you can apply them to specific questions because it is essential for humans to think in complex situations. This is because aptitude is what predicts how you will perform in your actual job.

2. Narrative Writing – Sample Cases with Individual Practice Session

Narrative writing is an essential aspect of Pharmacovigilance & for medical writing. The narrative is a day-to-day activity for the PV team members. Therefore while recruiting a candidate, it is observed whether the person has a good understanding of narrative writing and whether they can write a medically sound narrative if any case scenario is presented. Candidates must have good writing skills to perform well in any team within a drug safety environment, be it ICSR, Aggregate Team, Literature Team, or Signal Team. As part of this PIRP, you will see different sample case studies and simple and complex situations and get personal guidance on how to write a well-structured narrative to clear this round.

4. HR Round – Mock Interview HR Round will be conducted
