Who we are

What is Bangalore Clinical Research Institute?

Bangalore Clinical Research Institute (BCRI) is a job-focused training institute in HSR Layout, Bangalore, training students since 2016. It has trained more than 10,000 students in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, clinical data management, clinical SAS, regulatory affairs and medical coding. BCRI is a training partner of LSSSDC, NSDC and Skill India, and it is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Classes run live online and in the classroom, Monday to Friday.

We started in 2016 with one simple goal: help graduates get their first job in clinical research. Many good students know the theory but have never seen a real trial file, a safety case or a data query. We teach those tasks step by step, with trainers who have done this work for years.

How we teach

How training works at BCRI

Live classes, real tools and trainers from the industry. Here is what every student can expect.

  • Industry trainers

    Our trainers have 10 to 20+ years of work in CROs, pharma companies and hospitals.

  • Live online classes

    Join from anywhere in India or abroad. Online batches get class recordings for 3 months.

  • Classroom in HSR Layout

    Most courses also run in our Bangalore classroom. Clinical SAS and Advanced RA are online only.

  • Monday to Friday

    All batches, online and classroom, run on weekdays. We do not run weekend batches.

  • Hands-on tools

    Practice on the Clinevo EDC and safety database, plus case forms, safety cases and SAS code.

  • Internships

    Diplomas and Advanced Certifications include a 3–6 month internship with SMOs, CROs or hospitals.

  • Dual Certification

    Eligible courses add an LSSSDC certificate after an offline exam, next to your BCRI certificate.

  • Placement assistance

    Resume help, mock interviews, job alerts and referrals. The final choice is always the employer’s.

BCRI has trained students under the Bangalore Clinical Research Institute brand since 2016. Prequel Scientific Services LLP, the registered company that runs BCRI, was set up in 2021.

Does BCRI guarantee a job?

No. We offer placement assistance: resume help, mock interviews, job alerts and referrals. The employer makes the final choice. Be careful of any institute that promises a job.

Who teaches at BCRI?

Our trainers come from CROs, pharma companies and hospitals. Each has 10 to 20+ years of industry experience.

Does BCRI run weekend classes?

No. All batches, online and classroom, run Monday to Friday. Live online batches get class recordings for 3 months. Classroom batches are not recorded.

Who can join a BCRI course?

Graduates and postgraduates in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine (including BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BPT), nursing and biotechnology. Each course page lists its own eligibility.

Does BCRI work with colleges and employers?

Yes. We run workshops and Value Added Programmes for colleges and hold MoUs with several institutions. Employers can hire our trained students and alumni free of charge.
