This policy explains when you can get a refund of course fees paid to Bangalore Clinical Research Institute (BCRI) and how to ask for one. It is part of our terms and conditions.
When you can get a refund
- Full refund (100%) if you cancel your enrolment more than 5 days before your batch starts.
- Partial refund (70% of the fees paid) if you cancel within 5 days of your batch’s start date.
- No refund after that.
If BCRI cancels your batch and you do not want to move to another batch, we refund the fees you paid in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@bcri.in from the email address you enrolled with, and include:
- your name, course and batch;
- the reason you are cancelling;
- your payment acknowledgement or receipt.
We will confirm the refund amount by email. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card company — it can take some time before a refund is posted.
- If you still have not received it, email info@bcri.in with your payment details and we will check it.
