These terms apply to your use of www.bcri.in and to any course, internship or service you enrol in with Bangalore Clinical Research Institute (BCRI). BCRI is run by Prequel Scientific Services LLP. In these terms, “BCRI”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Prequel Scientific Services LLP, and “you” means the visitor, applicant or student. By using the website or enrolling, you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy.

1. Using the website

  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to apply or pay.
  • Do not use the website for anything unlawful; to harass or harm others; to upload viruses or harmful code; to scrape or collect other people’s data; or to get around its security.
  • Course information, fees, dates and other content can change. We try to keep it accurate, but it is for general information and may contain errors, which we may correct at any time.
  • Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

2. Applications and enrolment

  • Your enrolment is confirmed when an advisor confirms your batch and we receive the agreed fee (or first instalment).
  • The information you give must be true, complete and correct. If any of it is found to be false, your admission or enrolment may be cancelled without notice.
  • We may refuse an application or enrolment at our discretion.
  • Each course page lists who the course suits. Meeting it is your responsibility.

3. Fees and payment

  • Fees are listed in Indian rupees on the course price list and course pages, and can change before you enrol. The fee confirmed at enrolment applies to your batch.
  • You can pay in full or in instalments, as agreed with your advisor. Instalments must be paid on time; access to classes may be paused if payments are overdue.
  • Online payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). Learners outside India can pay in US dollars; your advisor confirms the amount before you pay.
  • Discount codes and offers apply only on the terms stated with them and cannot be combined unless we say so.
  • Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Classes and course delivery

  • Courses run live online or in our HSR Layout classroom, Monday to Friday, as shown for your batch.
  • We may change a trainer, timing, start date or the order of topics when needed. If we cancel or move a batch, we will offer you another batch or follow the refund policy.
  • Live online batches get access to class recordings for 3 months. Classroom batches are not recorded.
  • Your login to the BCRI app or learning platform is for you only. Do not share it.
  • Please be respectful to trainers and other students. We may remove anyone whose behaviour disrupts classes, without a refund.

5. Course materials

Course notes, recordings, slides, exercises and software access are for your personal learning only. You may not record classes, or copy, share, sell or publish course materials, without our written permission. All content on this website and in our courses belongs to BCRI or its licensors.

6. Certificates

  • You receive a BCRI certificate when you complete the course requirements, including attendance and assessments where they apply.
  • Certificate details (name, title, course, code and issue date) can be verified by anyone with the certificate code on our verify certificate page.
  • Under Dual Certification, the LSSSDC certificate is issued by LSSSDC only after you pass its offline assessment. BCRI does not issue or guarantee it.
  • We may cancel a certificate obtained through false information or misconduct.

7. Internships and placement assistance

  • Where a course includes an internship, it is hosted by an outside organisation (such as an SMO, CRO or hospital). The host decides selection, any stipend and the internship certificate.
  • BCRI is a training provider and does not guarantee job placement upon course completion. We offer job assistance, including resume help, mock interviews and access to job openings from partner companies, but securing a job depends on factors beyond our control. BCRI does not influence hiring decisions.
  • Taking part in job assistance and searching for jobs actively are your responsibility.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and our services are provided “as is”. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free, or that a course will lead to a particular result.

To the extent the law allows, BCRI and its partners, staff and trainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of income or opportunity, arising from your use of the website or our courses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate BCRI for any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your breach of these terms or of the law, or by your violation of someone else’s rights.

10. General

  • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • We may end your access to the website or a course if you seriously break these terms; amounts already due remain payable.
  • We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the website or our courses means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
