It is BCRI’s 4-month diploma (ADCR) covering clinical research, clinical data management, pharmacovigilance and the basics of regulatory affairs. It includes a 3 to 6 month internship with an SMO, CRO or hospital.

How long is the course, and how are classes run?

The course takes 4 months. Classes are live and instructor-led, usually 1 to 1.5 hours a day, followed by hands-on assignments. Online batches get class recordings for 3 months.

How much does the Advanced Diploma cost?

The fee is ₹41,500 (list price ₹48,000). Paying the full fee online with code GET5 gives 5% off, and instalments are available. See the course price list for all fees.

Who is eligible?

Graduates and postgraduates in life sciences, pharmacy and medicine can join, including BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BPT. Freshers and working professionals are both welcome.

What skills will I gain?

You learn how trials run and how trial data is collected and cleaned in EDC systems. You also learn to process adverse event cases, code them and write narratives. Finally, you learn how regulators oversee trials.

Is an internship included?

Yes. The Advanced Diploma includes a 3 to 6 month internship with an SMO, CRO or hospital, mostly in Bangalore and South India. The host decides any stipend and awards the internship certificate. For online students it is optional and needs you to move to the internship city.

Can I study online, or is there a classroom option?

Both. You can join live online classes from anywhere, or attend at our HSR Layout campus in Bengaluru, subject to batch availability. International students can also join online.

What certificate will I get?

Yes. Every student gets placement assistance: resume building, mock interviews and job referrals. Our students have joined CROs and hospitals as CRCs, data coordinators and drug safety associates. The employer makes the final hiring decision, so a job is not guaranteed.
