Employers can hire clinical research freshers and alumni trained by BCRI, or host BCRI students as interns for 3 to 6 months. Candidates are trained for site, monitoring, data management, drug safety, SAS programming and medical coding roles. There is no fee for employers. How can we hire clinical research freshers from BCRI?
Send us the role, number of openings and location using the form, WhatsApp (+91 87925 90942) or info@bcri.in. We send a shortlist of trained candidates, and you interview them.
Is there a fee?
No. Hiring BCRI candidates and hosting BCRI interns is free for employers.
Can we take candidates as interns before hiring?
Yes. Diploma and Advanced Certification students do 3 to 6 month internships with SMOs, CROs and hospitals. You decide whether to pay a stipend, and you issue the internship certificate.
What can a BCRI-trained fresher do on day one?
It depends on the track. Site candidates know consent records, source documents and site files. Data candidates know EDC queries. Drug safety candidates can process cases with MedDRA. SAS candidates can build SDTM and ADaM datasets.
